1. Who this agreement is with

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyroVest app and website, operated by MyroPay ("MyroVest", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to complete our identity-verification (KYC) process to open a MyroVest account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, PIN, and device secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Regulatory status of trade execution

MyroVest provides portfolio tracking, wallet, savings, auto-invest scheduling and advisory-request tools. Certain order-execution features are being rolled out in phases as we finalize our broker/dealing-member relationship for the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) and our US-equities broker partnership; where a feature is not yet live for execution, this will be clearly indicated in the app. MyroVest is not itself a licensed broker-dealer, and nothing in the app should be read as a representation that trades are being executed by MyroVest directly.

5. Fees

Applicable fees (management fees on managed portfolios, transaction fees, withdrawal fees) are disclosed in the app before you confirm an action. We will not change fees on an existing commitment without notice.

6. Risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Please read our Risk Disclosure before investing.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use MyroVest for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, or attempt to circumvent our security or verification controls.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that fails verification, is used fraudulently, or breaches these terms, consistent with applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyroVest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, market movements, or third-party service outages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of MyroVest after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
